The hard time of OnePlus is over temporarily as the sales ban on OnePlus One is lifted, and they can sell the phone in India once again. It can be said as that they have won the battle but lost the war. The decision of sales ban on OnePlus One was taken after an agreement between The Micromax and Cyanogen. However, the decision that OnePlus can sell the phone in India once again is only for few days that is temporary. After an observation on some important things, the decision will be taken again. So it is not good news for the OnePlus One lovers as the problem is not solved yet.

OnePlus One
Micromax has the right of using the Cyanogen’s custom Andriod software in India. The decision of ban lifting was taken by an Indian judge and the reason given for it is that Micromax and OnePlus One are totally different, and they target different market where Micromax is made for the low end market, OnePlus One targets the high-end market. So it’s very clear that both are not into any competition.
Both Micromax and OnePlus One have been given some time to observe the situation, and they will be back to the court after a couple of weeks to meet the judge again. So we need to wait to know the decision. Whether OnePlus One can sell the phone in India once again or not, will be decided based upon the observation of this time duration. Maybe they have to convince the judge again to carry on the sales of OnePlus One in India, or it might happen very smoothly. So the team of OnePlus One and their fans are still in the pressure to listen to the final decision.
