Entering Incognito mode

To turn on the Incognito mode in Firefox follow these steps:

Open the menu by pressing the button in the upper right corner of the window (the icon made of three parallel stripes). Find the “New Private Window” in the drop-down menu and click on it.

After performing these actions, a new window will open and it will be announced with an appropriate message that Firefox is running Incognito mode.

Important! If you don’t want the history of visited sites to be saved, the browsing should be made from the Incognito window (indicated by a corresponding icon at the top). Any action taken in the first copy of the browser will result in the saving of visited sites as it normally does.
