How to record a video in Sims 4

Creating a video is simpler than you can imagine. To be honest, the first time I created a video, I did it by mistake. Here is the explanation.

To create a video, all you need to do is tap V and the recording will start. To stop the recording, just hit the same button again.

Now you understand why I created a video in Sims 4 by mistake, I accidentally pressed V on the keyboard.

To make videos look great, make sure to put the walls up, and if you are recording a scene with Sims (not just a house design, for example), make sure to remove the speech bubbles above the Sims heads and the Plumbobs. To do that, press Ctrl + Shift + C and the open will open in the top-left corner. Type the following: headlineeffects off  and press enter. When you want to enable these options again, press Ctrl + Shift + C and type headlineeffects on.

Recorded videos can be found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Recorded Videos.
