How to update WatchOS 2.0 to New WatchOS 2.0.1

To update WatchOS we always need the iPhone.

The preparation:

  • Make sure you have iPhone 5 or later with iOS 9 inside.
  • Make sure your Apple Watch has at least a 50% battery life.
  • Connect your iPhone to WiFi.
  • Make sure the Apple Watch is in your iPhone coverage.

The Steps:

  • Connect your Apple Watch to a power source, and keep it on the charger until the update is complete.
  • On your iPhone, open the Watch app, tap the My Watch tab, then General >> Software Update.

How to update WatchOS 2.0 to New watchOS 2.0.1

 

  • Enter the passcode of your iPhone or Apple Watch, if asked.
  • Wait for the progress bar to appear and complete. Don’t restart your Apple Watch during the update, which may take some time. When the update is done, your Apple Watch will restart on its own.
