Every Instagram update brings something new and interesting, and the latest update it no exception. Earlier today, the company shared the news about the update on their official blog.

So, what’s new?

This update adds three new filters, Lark, Reyes and Juno, all inspired by outdoor weekend adventures. Filters are designed to enhance and brighten the photos, in a beautiful way as always, and they seem to be perfect for the spring time images.

“Lark desaturates reds while punching up blues and greens to bring your landscapes to life. Reyes brings a dusty, vintage look to your moments. And finally, Juno tints cool tones green while making warm tones pop and whites glow for vibrant photos of people.”, Instagram said.

Instagram also said the new filters will be added “more regularly”.

That’s not all there is a bonus update, emoji hashtags. The popularity of emoji is constantly increasing, and they can be found in almost every text conversation. This update is giving all the Instagram users the ability to tag their images with emoji, and it will certainly enhance the creativity and fun when using the app.

“With emoji hashtags, you can discover even more by adding them to your own photos and videos, searching them on the Explore page and tapping on them when you see them in captions.”, Instagram added.

Earlier this month, Instagram added some cool editing features, Color and Fade, and “post notifications”, and new filters and emoji hashtags are excellent addition. The update is available for iOS and Android users.
