How To Stop “On this day” Feature On Facebook
You can’t disable “On this day” permanently, but you can use the provided filters. To create a filter, just follow these instructions:
On the Facebook Home page on the left side, find the item “On this day” and click on it.
On the next page, click on “Preferences” in the upper right corner of the screen.
In the window that appears, click on, click on “Edit” in the line “Dates”.
Proceed to the next window when you need to click on the link “Select dates”.
Set a start date, the lowest possible in the past, and the end date – choose some date in the future.
Then, click on “Done” button and confirm with “Save”.
After this, Facebook will not show “On this day” for the selected period.
